Returns

Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact support@myshopineu.com
2. Receive return instructions and return address
3. Ship the product back to our Slovak warehouse

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging and accessories

Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos if requested
• A replacement or full refund will be arranged, including return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or customization reasons. Any such exclusions are clearly stated on the product page.
